Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage relationships with existing corporate clients and end users remotely, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to a wide range of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering excellent service
  • Inform clients and users about our services, partner network, current offers, and partnership opportunities
  • Maintain and update client information (including contract parameters and details) in the company CRM system
  • Collect and coordinate feedback on customer satisfaction and incoming inquiries
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Partner Network teams to continuously improve service quality
What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (preferably in services)
  • Strong business communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Very good computer literacy
  • Good command of English (B1/B2)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Higher education
  • Strong customer orientation and solution-driven mindset
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
