What you’ll be doing:


Business Analysis & Insights:
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Partner with business teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, Management) to understand business questions and analytical needs.
  • Support strategic and operational decision‑making through structured data analysis and scenario evaluation.
Reporting & Power BI
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of existing reports; proactively improve and optimize current reporting solutions.
  • Own the end‑to‑end reporting lifecycle: requirements gathering, data validation, visualization, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Enable self‑service analytics by designing intuitive, user‑friendly dashboards and documentation.
Ad‑hoc & Advanced Analytics
  • Deliver ad‑hoc reports and analyses to support urgent or evolving business needs.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to answer complex business questions.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasts to support planning, trend anticipation, and performance improvement.
  • Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Data Quality & Governance
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, gaps, or improvements in data sources.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, and system owners to ensure reliable data pipelines and definitions.
  • Support standardization of metrics, definitions, and reporting logic across the organization.
Process & Performance Improvement
  • Analyze business processes and performance drivers to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
  • Support business initiatives by providing data‑driven recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Business Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, report and dashboard creation).
  • Solid understanding of business operations, KPIs, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with ad‑hoc analysis and data storytelling for business audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements‑gathering skills.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, or statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or experience working directly with data sources.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executive‑level reporting.
  • Background in process improvement, operations, or performance management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments and reporting governance.
