RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE BENEFIT SYSTEMS BULGARIA LTD. CAMPAIGN
“MultiSport Giveaway 2026”
PART 1. ORGANISER
1.1. The “MultiSport Giveaway 2026” campaign, hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”, is organised and conducted by Benefit Systems Bulgaria Ltd., Unified Identification Code 203418971, with registered office and management address at: 51 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Business Garden Office X, Building 1, Floor 7, Sofia 1407, hereinafter referred to as “Benefit Systems”.
PART 2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant declares that they are familiar with, accept and agree to comply with the rules set out herein, hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”.
2.2. The Rules are published on the Benefit Systems website at benefitsystems.bg/giveaway-terms and shall remain available throughout the entire duration of the Campaign.
2.3. Benefit Systems reserves the right to amend or supplement these Rules. Any amendments shall enter into force upon their publication at benefitsystems.bg/giveaway-terms.
2.4. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant fully accepts its participation requirements, the rules governing the selection of Winners, the awarding of prizes and the other provisions described herein.
If a Participant does not accept the Rules of the Campaign or expressly withdraws from participation, Benefit Systems shall not be able to award that Participant any of the prizes described herein.
2.5. Any matters not expressly regulated by these Rules shall be governed by Bulgarian law.
PART 3. DEFINITIONS
3.1. MultiSport Card/MultiSport LITE Card
A document entitling its holder to use the services included in the MultiSport Programme or the MultiSport LITE Programme, respectively, issued in the form of a physical plastic card.
3.2. Digital Card
A feature of a mobile application developed by Benefit Systems for installation on mobile devices, which enables the creation of a personalised electronic record within the mobile application and allows the cardholder to identify themselves at sports and/or recreation facilities.
3.3. Participant
A person who is eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3.4. Winner
A Participant who has been selected in the prize draw, satisfies the participation requirements set out in the Rules and is entitled to receive a prize from the Campaign.
PART 4. TERRITORY OF THE CAMPAIGN
4.1. The Campaign is organised and conducted within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
PART 5. ELIGIBILITY
5.1. A person is eligible to participate in the Campaign if they:
-
are the holder of an active MultiSport or MultiSport LITE card, whether a physical or Digital Card, as at 30 September 2026, regardless of whether the card is newly issued, reactivated or continuing from a previous period. Holders of both employee and companion MultiSport and MultiSport LITE cards are eligible to participate;
-
have registered to participate in the Campaign through the form available on the Benefit Systems website at benefitsystems.bg/giveaway;
-
have expressed their consent to participate in the Campaign.
A Participant may not participate using more than one MultiSport or MultiSport LITE card.
5.2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:
-
persons employed by Benefit Systems;
-
members of the families of Benefit Systems employees, namely their children, parents and spouses;
-
holders of test cards;
-
holders of children’s cards; and
-
companions holding companion cards linked to the employee cards of Benefit Systems Bulgaria employees.
PART 6. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
6.1. The Campaign begins at 00:00 on 5 August 2026 and ends at 24:00 on 30 September 2026.
6.2.The Campaign may be terminated, suspended or extended by Benefit Systems at any time. Any such termination, suspension or extension shall be announced on the Benefit Systems website at benefitsystems.bg/giveaway.
PART 7. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES
7.1. As part of the Campaign, Benefit Systems shall provide a total of 12 (twelve) prizes. The prizes available to be won are as follows:
7.1.1. First Prize
Two MultiSport cards—one for the Participant and one for a person close to the Participant, designated by the cardholder—for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months.
The prize shall be provided irrespective of the Participant’s current or future employer. The cards shall be valid from the first day of the month following the month in which they are received.
7.1.2. Second Prize
A ski holiday for two, subject to a predetermined package and conditions.
The voucher shall be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from its date of issue.
7.1.3. Additional Prizes
Ten (10) Decathlon vouchers, each with a value of EUR 200 (two hundred euros).
Each voucher shall be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from its date of issue.
7.2. During the Campaign, one person may win only one prize, both in terms of prize type and quantity.
A prize may not be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another prize. A prize may not be transferred to another person, and the conditions governing its use may not be amended.
7.3. By accepting a prize, the Winner shall be deemed to have been informed that, pursuant to Article 65(7) of the Bulgarian Personal Income Tax Act, Benefit Systems, as the person providing the prize, is required to declare the prize to the National Revenue Agency for the relevant period.
Benefit Systems undertakes in good faith to pay, on behalf of the Winner as the taxable person, the tax liability due in respect of the prize.
For the purpose of complying with these statutory requirements, the Winner must provide their full legal name and Bulgarian Personal Identification Number (EGN).
Refusal to provide this information shall constitute refusal of the prize, and Benefit Systems shall have no obligation to provide the prize.
PART 8. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
8.1. The Winning Participants shall be drawn within 10 days after 30 September 2026, in the presence of a representative of Benefit Systems and a notary public.
Benefit Systems shall provide a list containing the encrypted email addresses of the Participants who meet the requirements set out in the Campaign Rules.
The list shall be generated through a Benefit Systems software system that selects Participants on the basis of the registrations completed at benefitsystems.bg/giveaway.
8.2.The Winning Participants shall be selected using random-selection software.
8.3.The prizes shall be allocated in the following order:
-
the Winners of the additional prizes shall be drawn first;
-
one Winner of the Second Prize shall then be drawn; and
-
the Winner of the First Prize shall be drawn last.
After the Winners have been selected, reserve Winners shall also be drawn for each prize. Five reserve Winners shall be drawn for each prize in accordance with the same order used for selecting the Winners.
The reserve Winners shall be ranked in a list according to the order in which they were drawn.
8.4. Within 10 (ten) business days after each draw, Benefit Systems shall contact the Winners using the contact details—email address and telephone number—available in its information system.
Within 3 (three) business days of receiving the email, the Winner must provide Benefit Systems with:
-
their full legal name, consisting of first name, middle name and surname;
-
their Bulgarian Personal Identification Number (EGN); and
-
their card number.
Benefit Systems shall provide the relevant prize within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the specified information from the Winner.
If Benefit Systems is unable to contact a Winner using the contact details provided, or if the Winner refuses to provide the required information, that Winner shall forfeit their right to receive the prize.
In such cases, the prize shall be awarded to a reserve Winner drawn for the relevant type of prize, in the order in which the reserve Winners were drawn. The reserve Winner shall be notified in accordance with these Rules.
This procedure shall continue until the list of reserve Winners has been exhausted.
8.5. As a mandatory condition for receiving a prize, each Winning Participant must provide Benefit Systems with the information required for the taxation of the prize, namely their full legal name—first name, middle name and surname—and Bulgarian Personal Identification Number (EGN).
PART 9. DELIVERY OF PRIZES
9.1. The prizes shall be sent to the Winners by courier, either to the address recorded in the Benefit Systems system or to another delivery address expressly specified by the Winner when notified of the prize.
Prizes cannot be delivered to an address outside the Republic of Bulgaria.
9.2. Each Winner may receive their prize only after signing a handover and acceptance protocol, which shall be provided by the courier.
9.3. When receiving a prize, the Winning Participant must present an identity document in order to identify themselves as a Winner in the Campaign.
PART 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. Benefit Systems shall not be liable where a prize cannot be received, or where receipt of a prize is delayed, for reasons beyond its control.
10.2. Benefit Systems shall not be liable for technical problems connected with the conduct of the Campaign that are beyond its control. Benefit Systems shall also not be liable for the actions of third parties, including couriers, service providers and others.
10.3. Benefit Systems shall not be liable and shall not owe any compensation in the event of unlawful conduct by a Participant or a third party during the Campaign.
10.4. Benefit Systems shall not be liable if a prize cannot be provided because the Winner has supplied incomplete, false or misleading information.
PART 11. PERSONAL DATA
11.1. The personal data controller is Benefit Systems Bulgaria Ltd., Unified Identification Code 203418971, with registered office and management address at: 51 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Business Garden Office X, Building 1, Floor 7, Sofia 1407.
11.2. For the purpose of conducting the Campaign, Benefit Systems shall process the personal data of all Participants in accordance with applicable law, Benefit Systems’ internal personal data protection policies and the purposes specified in these Rules.
11.3. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with the Campaign is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), namely Benefit Systems’ legitimate interest in conducting the Campaign and awarding the prizes.
11.4. Benefit Systems shall process the following personal data in connection with participation in the Campaign:
-
full legal name and Bulgarian Personal Identification Number (EGN), for the purpose of identifying Participants in the Campaign and declaring and paying the applicable tax;
-
telephone number and email address, for the purpose of notifying Winning Participants and reserve Winners;
-
preferred prize-delivery address, provided directly by the Winning Participants or reserve Winners after they have agreed to receive a prize and collected and processed for the purpose of delivering the prize.
11.5. Personal data collected in connection with participation in the Campaign shall be retained for the following periods:
-
the first name and surname of Winning Participants shall be published on the website at https://benefitsystems.bg/giveaway/ for no longer than 6 (six) months after Benefit Systems has successfully contacted all Winners;
-
the names of Winning Participants shall be published in the form of initials;
-
the data of reserve Participants shall be retained by Benefit Systems for up to 1 (one) month after the prize draw;
-
the data of Participants who have not won a prize shall be retained by Benefit Systems for up to 1 (one) month from the date of the draw or, respectively, the announcement of the Winners on the Benefit Systems website.
11.5. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, by sending a letter to the address of Benefit Systems or an email to dpo@benefitsystems.bg, each person whose data is processed in connection with the Campaign has the right to:
a) Right of access: ask Benefit Systems whether their personal data is being processed for the purposes of the Campaign and receive a copy of the personal data being processed, together with information about the purposes of the processing and the persons to whom the data has been or will be disclosed;
b) Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data resulting from a technical error or inaccuracy;
c) Right to erasure: request that Benefit Systems erase personal data relating to them where there is no lawful basis for its processing, where they have withdrawn their consent to the processing or where they have expressly objected to the processing;
d) Right to restriction of processing: request that Benefit Systems restrict the processing of their personal data, meaning that Benefit Systems may continue to retain the personal data but may not otherwise process it, where the accuracy of the personal data is contested or where the processing is unlawful and the person wishes the data to be retained for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
e) Right to data portability: request that Benefit Systems provide the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
11.6. In addition to the above rights, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection supervisory authority—the Commission for Personal Data Protection—if they consider that applicable personal data protection law has been infringed.

11.7. By participating in the Campaign, Participants declare that, subject to applicable law, they agree to the personal data processing described in these Rules for the purpose of their participation in the Campaign.
11.8. Any matters concerning the processing of personal data by Benefit Systems that are not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the Benefit Systems Privacy Policy, available at benefitsystems.bg.
11.9. Any matters concerning the processing of personal data that are not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by applicable law.
11.10. Personal data provided to and processed by Benefit Systems may, for the purposes of conducting the Campaign, be disclosed to third parties within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, subject to applicable law, including where such disclosure is required by mandatory statutory provisions—for example, disclosure to the National Revenue Agency.
11.11. Personal data collected in connection with participation in the Campaign shall be retained for the following period:
-
for accounting and tax purposes, the personal data of Winning Participants shall be retained by Benefit Systems for no longer than 11 (eleven) years from the date on which the prize is provided.
PART 12. WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTICIPATION
12.1. A Participant may request the termination of their participation in the Campaign at any time by sending an email to dpo@benefitsystems.bg.
PART 13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. All disputes arising in connection with the Campaign shall be resolved by mutual agreement.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the parties shall be entitled to refer it to the competent court for resolution in accordance with Bulgarian law.
