Fraud Prevention Specialist

We are looking for a colleague who will participate in maintaining the correct partnership relations.
Responsibilities:

Monitors the partner network in connection with fraud reports

Conducts on-site inspections and monitors compliance with the correct partnership relations

Conducts individual meetings with partners of the company and investigates cases of violation of the company's rules and procedures

Investigates possible patterns of fraud

Takes preventive action to prevent fraud
Requirements:

Professional experience in fraud risk management, fraud investigation and analysis, fraud prevention follow-up

Experience in commercial negotiations, relationship building, enterprise-level after-sales service

Confident personality with persuasive and assertive behavior

Observation, active listening skills, ability to ask questions and extract information, high level of precision

Resilience and patience in tense situations, conflict resolution skills

Active driver with the ability to travel in the country
