We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations across social media management, internal requests, and preparation of marketing and communication materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative tasks with strong attention to detail and coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Drive qualified leads and revenue growth through paid digital channels.
• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, video, 
  and affiliates (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid 
  channels).
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO) – landing pages, forms, A/B testing, funnels.
• Test new audiences, formats, and creatives to reach performance targets
  (remarketing, lookalike, intent-based).
• Analyze results and extract actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage budget allocation across channels for efficiency and scale - CPA, CPL, 
  ROAS, CAC.
• Collaborate with Brand to ensure strong creative assets and landing pages.
  Monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Tracking and attribution setup: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking.
• Present performance reports with recommendations.

To be successful you need to have:

• Growth-oriented mindset with curiosity to test new channels, formats, and ideas
  3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid search, paid 
  social, display, video);
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and optimization 
  methodologies;
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, ad platforms, BI dashboards, and 
  extract insights;
• Experience working with landing pages, CRO principles, and user 
  journey optimization.
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, pixel implementation, tagging, and event setups 
  (working closely with BI/IT).
