Account Manager – Small and Medium Business

With the growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for an Account Manager for Small and Medium Business to play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to increase sales
- Renegotiate client terms to improve profitability
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email; identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Analyze market conditions, customer satisfaction, and other key indicators
- Run campaigns to boost revenue, satisfaction, and client retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or remote client portfolio management
- Experience with B2B clients and knowledge of the employee benefits market is a plus
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage data for decision-making
- High motivation and results orientation
