Account Manager – Small and Medium Business

With the growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for an Account Manager for Small and Medium Business to play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to increase sales
  • Renegotiate client terms to improve profitability
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email; identify new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Analyze market conditions, customer satisfaction, and other key indicators
  • Run campaigns to boost revenue, satisfaction, and client retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or remote client portfolio management
  • Experience with B2B clients and knowledge of the employee benefits market is a plus
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage data for decision-making
  • High motivation and results orientation
