TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN A GAME related to the event “INSPIRE” campaign

І. GENERAL TERMS

  1. The organizer of the Game is BENEFIT SYSTEMS BULGARIA OOD, UIC 203418971, with registered office and address of management in Sofia 1612, Krasno Selo district, 11-13 Yunak Str., Hereinafter referred to as “Benefit Systems” (“ Benefit Systems ”or the“ Organizer ”).

ІІ. Period of the game

  1. The campaign starts at 00:00 on 14.07.2021 and ends at 23:59 on 31.07.2021.
  2. Materials for participation in the campaign can be sent via personal message or direct publication at https://www.facebook.com/BenefitSystemsBulgaria, as well as by email to the Organizer at communications@benefitsystems.bg

ІІІ. AWARDS

One participant will be the winner, who will be selected by a jury, according to the conditions set out in these terms, will have the opportunity to be included in the filming of an episode of MultiSport video broadcast, which will be published on the platform mymusltisport.benefitsystems.bg and Facebook.

The shooting of the video according to point 1 will be held in August or September at a convenient time for the participant and the Organizer.

The winner will also receive a material prize – a box with sports equipment and accessories of BGN 500.

The award is delivered only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

It is not allowed to replace the prize with another subject or its monetary equivalent.

Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred to another person except the participant.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

  1. A participant in the Campaign can be any person who has turned 18 and possess an active MultiSport card.
  2. Campaign participants are required to comply with the terms of these official terms and conditions.
  3. Participation in the Campaign is not tied to the purchase of other services and products.

MECHANISM OF THE GAME

  1. Anyone who wants to participate in the Campaign should write their inspiring story of how MultiSport / Sport has changed their lives.
  2. The story should be on the specified topic, and there is no limit to the volume.
  3. The participant should send the story via publication or personal message on the Facebook page of Benefit Systems or via email to communications@benefitsystems.bg.

    CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  4. By sending / publishing his / her story to the Benefit Systems email or on Facebook, the participant declares that he / she is familiar with and agrees with the current rules of the Campaign, as well as that he is the copyright holder in his history.
  5. Each participant has the right to participate with only one story, which must not contradict the terms of the current rules of the Campaign and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  6. By participating in the Campaign, participants give their explicit and voluntary consent without seeking their additional consent and without being remunerated goals or selected materials from their stories to be shared an unlimited number of times on the Facebook page, Instagram account or other communication channels of the Organizer, available to an unlimited number of users, as well as to use the history after the end of the campaign
  7. It is forbidden for the story to have content that is or may, in the opinion of the Organizer, constitute a violation of another legal provision, the rights or legitimate interests of the Organizer, the Partner or third parties.
  8. The participant declares and guarantees that:

(a) He / she is the author of the story;

(b) The story with which he / she participates may be used by the Organizer for the purposes of the Campaign, as the participant allows reproduction, distribution to an unlimited number of persons, public presentation, transmission and retransmission by wireless and cable, recording on electronic media and their distribution.

(c) If the story contains personal data and / or images of another person other than the participant, the latter has obtained the prior consent of that other person to use his or her personal data and / or images in the history for the purposes of this Campaign.

(d) In the event that submitted or published material in any way contains intellectual property, the participant owns and / or has arranged all necessary rights to use the material for the purposes of participation in this Campaign

(е)The publication / distribution of the materials and their use for the purposes provided for in the Campaign does not violate the rights and legal interests of third parties or the provisions of the law.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inconsistent with the terms of the Campaign.
  2. From the moment of publishing the story, the Organizer and the Partner are not responsible for its distribution by other persons outside the Organizer, as it becomes public and accessible to an unlimited number of persons. By publishing the story, the participant declares that he understands that it can be copied and distributed by all third parties through Facebook or any other website or platform, and the Organizer may not restrict this distribution.

The provisions of this section remain in force after the end of the Campaign.

VII.WITHDRAWAL, ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

  1. The jury judging the participants (the “jury”) is appointed by Benefit Systems. The jury will consist of a representative of Benefit Systems and two independent representatives from different organizations.
  2. Among all the proposals, the jury will give the following awards to the winner:
  • box with sports accessories and accessories worth BGN 500
  • participation in an episode of a MultiSport video broadcast
  1. In selecting the awarded story, the jury takes into account the following characteristics of the story:

(a) compliance with the requirements of the Campaign;

(b) well-presented content which is distinguished by its:

  • the strength of the message in the story of how MultiSport / Sport has changed the participant’s life;
  • sequence / logic of the presentation;
  • language vocabulary and ability to be used, spelling and punctuation.
  1. The jury will vote between 01.08.2021 and 09.08.2021.
  2. The decisions of the jury are final and binding on all participants in the Campaign.
  3. The announcement of the awarded story will take place on 09.08.2021 on Facebook.
  4. The organizer contacts the participant through the channel on which he sent his story, within 2 days from the announcement of the decision. In case the winner cannot be found by the Organizer, the jury evaluates the next winner in his place.

VIII. LIMITATION OF THE ORGANIZER ‘S LIABILITY

  1. The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for damages that are not a direct and immediate consequence of participation in the Campaign or are the result of the inability of the Participants to connect to the relevant Internet server. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems, such as, but not limited to, failure of the information system, power outage or technical failure of the computer used by the Participant, as well as unsuccessful attempts to access the Internet for any reason.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate and inappropriate, incompatible with the Campaign, offensive, discriminatory or contrary to good morals. In these cases the decision of the Organizer will be final and not subject to further discussion.

  1. The Organizer is not responsible for losses and / or damages suffered by the Participant and / or a third party as a result of false identity provided by the Participant, entering incorrect data or other similar actions for the purpose of more participation.
  2. Participants who use a false identity in the Campaign and / or in any way violate the mechanism of the Campaign will be disqualified without further notice, losing the right to win a prize if they were entitled to one.

PERSONAL DATA

  1. 1.Benefit Systems Bulgaria OOD – The Organizer processes the received personal data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

2.The organizer shall take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from accidental or unlawful destruction, or accidental loss, from unauthorized access, alteration or dissemination, and from other illegal forms of processing.

  1. The personal data provided by the participants will be used only in connection with the Games.
  2. The award-winning participants agree that their names will be published on the Facebook page of BENEFIT SYSTEMS or another official website of Benefit Systems.
  3. The user has the right to request access to, correction, deletion of personal data, to object to the processing of his / her personal data, the right to request a restriction on the processing of personal data, the right to portability of personal data between operators, as well as and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent state authorities – the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
  4. The organizer stores the personal data of the winners within the time limits according to the current Bulgarian legislation.

OTHERS

  1. The rules are published and will remain available for the entire period of the Games on the website of BENEFIT SYSTEMS on the Facebook page of the Organizer.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or change the Rules at any time by announcing this on the Facebook page of Benefit Systems. In case the participant does not agree with the Rules or their changes, he should not take actions to participate.
  3. The current Bulgarian legislation shall apply to all unsettled issues in these Rules. This game is not sponsored, commissioned or implemented in any way by Facebook. As the Game is not organized by Facebook, no legal claims can be made against Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by the Participants is Benefit Systems, not Facebook.
