Personal data protection

The Organizer, processing your data is Benefit Systems Bulgaria OOD, company registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 203418971, with the seat in Sofia 1612, Krasno selo region, 11-13 Yunak Str, fl. 1 (hereinafter referred to as: “Benefit Systems”or“Organizer”).

Participants can contact Organizer in all matters related to the processing of their  personal data in connection with the Game as well as to exercise the rights they are entitled to in accordance with the GDPR, by using any of the following ways:

1.       The provision of personal data and the accptance of the Terms will be considered as giving consent to the Participants for processing, storage and use of personal data in connection with participation in the Game.

2.       The personal data of all Participants in the Game are processed in accordance with the current legislation and the internal policy of the Organizer for personal data protection and for the purposes specified in the Terms

3.       The Organizer, in his capacity as Controller of personal data, processes the personal data of the Participants for the purposes of registration for participation in the Game, communication in connection with confirmation of participation in the Game, posting videos and photos of the Game on social networks through official profiles of the Organizer.

4.       The legal basis for data processing in this prize game is Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DPR) – consent.

5.       . The data that will be processed in connection with participation in the Game are: MultiSport card number, two names, telephone, email, data, including a personal image of the participant without indicating the name of the participant.

6.       The Organizer declares that he will not provide the data to third parties except for the purposes of this Game. Each participant has the right to withdraw at any time his/геи consent to the processing of his personal data or participation in the Game, which terminates his participation.

7.       The personal data provided in the Game will be deleted within 1 month after the Game, except for posts on social networks.

8.       8. Each participant has the right to access the personal data processed by the Organizer and the right to request from the Organizer deletion, correction, transfer or blocking of data by sending a written request to the Organizer at the address of management, personally by the individual or by expressly authorized by him a person through a notarized power of attorney or by email.

9.       Each participant has the right, when he/she considers that the rights regarding his personal data have been infringed, to send a signal to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Address: Sofia 1592, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., kzld @ cpdp .bg, www.cpdp.bg).

10.    By participating, the participants declare that in compliance with applicable law, agree to the personal data described in these Terms to be processed by the Organizer in the manner described in the Terms, for the purposes of participation in the Game;

11.    For matters relating to the processing of personal data which are not regulated  by the Terms, the provisions of applicable law shall apply.
