Bikram yoga Varna
Welcome to the first and only Bikram Yoga Studio in Bulgaria!
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 poses (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises performed in a warm room. The specially selected asanas come from Hata Yoga and are always in the same sequence because they work in a complex and connected way on each individual part of the body. Heat reduces the risk of injury, strengthens the cardiovascular system and stimulates, through sweating, the release of toxins from the body. In the studio we rely on infrared heating, since infrared waves have been used extremely successfully in medicine to treat muscle trauma and inflammation and have a proven positive effect on immunity. Tips before practice: We are expecting you in the studio 10-15 minutes earlier so you have the time to calmly prepare and tune in for the upcoming session. To feel good during practice, do not consume heavy food for at least 2 hours beforehand. Remember that you are here first and foremost for pleasure and to be careful and aware of the signals your body gives you, do not overload it. Inform health problem trainers on time, if you have one.After practice, it is advisable to drink more water to help the body quickly release toxins released from movement. Rules: Bikram Yoga Varna is a place for yoga and meeting with friends, so come with a smile and an open mind. Bring bedding, 2 towels and water. Cell phones remain in the locker rooms because yoga practice is your special time to meet with yourself. Enjoy it as much as possible.
Classes start at exactly the times indicated in the schedule. Be precise, because the studio locks doors before the start of any practice and the delayed ones will not have access to the hall.
