With the growing importance of events in client communication, we are looking for an organized, creative, and communicative Event Specialist to bring our seminars, webinars, and key initiatives to life.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate online and live seminars related to healthy living
• Negotiate event terms, formats, and participants – from concept to execution
• Prepare customized offers and programs for clients
• Handle contracts and invoices related to event activities
• Create and edit visual materials (posters, email templates, etc.)
• Communicate with speakers and proactively seek new partners
• Participate in internal and external company events

The role has two main focuses:

• Wellbeing seminars for current corporate clients
• Promotional events for potential clients in trial phases

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational culture and ability to adapt quickly
• Strong communication skills, charm, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Desire to create visually impactful materials (tools provided)
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Proficiency with tech, communication platforms, and graphic tools
• Driving license and willingness to travel within the country
• Passion for movement and healthy living – not just in words
