Given the growth of our business, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious colleague who combines passion for sales and customer retention with the desire to challenge others to live actively and consciously.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and develops long-term relationships with current business clients from the portfolio;
- Identifies new business opportunities with current clients and conducts commercial negotiations with them in accordance with the company's goals and pricing policy;
- Undertakes business trips to other cities for meetings with clients according to a pre-prepared schedule.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or customer portfolio management;
- Knowledge of the stages in the negotiation process and skills for conducting conversations with business clients;
- Confident and persuasive in communication, with a strong motivation to achieve results;
- Proactivity and motivation to develop successful and long-term business relationships;
- Professional attitude, excellent communication skills and planning and organizing.
- Knowledge of the social benefits market will be considered an advantage.
- Active driver (license category B)
