Account Manager (Pharma sector)

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and develops long-term relationships with current business clients from the portfolio;
  • Conducts commercial negotiations with the client in accordance with the company's goals and pricing policy and growth opportunities;
  • Identifies new business opportunities with current customers;
  • It systematically analyzes customer satisfaction and expectations, competition and market situation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or customer portfolio management;
  • Knowledge of the stages in the negotiation process and skills for conducting conversations with business clients;
  • Knowledge of the social benefits market will be considered an advantage;
  • Confident and persuasive in communication, with a strong motivation to achieve results;
  • Proactivity and motivation to develop successful and long-term business relationships;
  • Professional attitude, excellent communication skills and planning and organizing.
