·       Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·       Oversees portfolio of accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

·       Handles client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers

·       Develops new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets

·       Conducts various analysis (market, demand, customer satisfaction), applying the findings to enhance the partnership with our clients

·       Initiates campaigns to increase revenue, customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention


·       University degree

·       3+ years of working experience in sales; B2B experience is highly desirable

·       Knowledge in Benefits&Reward services will be considered as an advantage



·       Customer-oriented and assertive person able to offer efficient solutions

·       Confident and persuasive communicator with strong motivation for delivery

·       Strong negotiating and presentation skills
