THE GYM PERFORMANCE – LEVEL 2 – Training is a combination of several disciplines – swimming, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, and running.
PERFECT SHAPE – Combines stretching elements and dance combinations, loading and shaping all muscle groups.
PILATES – The program begins with a dynamic general warm-up for the whole body. The main part of the training includes the consistent and optimal loading of the main muscle groups of the body. The exercises are easy and accessible, with a special focus – on the problem areas for women.
CALANETICS – Smooth exercises with limited amplitude, emphasis on more repetitions. The activity begins with warming up the whole body and preparing it for work. The main part directly affects the problem areas.
INTENSIVE GYMNASTICS – High-intensity cardio training that will help you get in top shape! It is performed on a step platform and combines work for the whole body. Dumbbells, levers, balls, and own weight are used.
BOXING – Boxing is a combination of intense cardio and strength exercises. It is a sport that develops physical endurance, coordination, and speed.
STEP AND PROBLEM ZONES – Dynamic cardio workout, suitable for anyone who wants to reduce their circumference and get into smaller clothes quickly. For this purpose, this includes 20-25 minutes of interesting and accessible choreography performed on a step platform, the load is aerobic and moderate intensity.
ZUMBA – A combination of different types of dance, in a moderate to fast aerobic pace. All muscles of the body are loaded, especially the thighs and abdomen. Training is accompanied by high energy expenditure, which leads to the burning of excess calories. The choreography combines steps and combinations of movements from salsa, merengue, samba, hip-hop, and others.
SPINNING – Spinning is group cycling indoors, on specially adapted wheels – spinners. It is held in fitness centers around the world. This is not only a popular aerobic workout but also a great way to lose weight and stay in perfect shape.
