Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and sell new services to SME customers
  • Pro-active calls with business customers to deliver company sales targets
  • Prepare, present and negotiate service and pricing proposals to business customers
  • Assist prospects by analyzing their needs, recommending solutions and providing formal proposals
  • Follow up on phone calls placed to offer assistance, obtain status and feedback
  • Answer questions about services or the company
  • Update customer information in the database

  • Previous B2B experience would be considered as an advantage
